William Edward Hogshooter, 65, Dixon, passed away Sunday, April 18, 2021, at his residence.
He was born April 30, 1955, to William Dempsey and Sarah (Sinor) Hogshooter at Superior, Ariz.
William worked in construction and was a member of the Cherokee Indian Nation.
He was preceded in death by parents, William and Sarah; grandson, Ty; brothers, Charles Hogshooter and Robert Hogshooter; and sister, Wanda Hogshooter.
He is survived by sons, William Gosnell of Colorado and Shawn Hogshooter and wife Amanda of Dixon; daughters, Sabrina Gosnell Hubbard of Cheyenne, Wyo., and Teresa Hogshooter of Vienna; brother, Carmen Hogshooter and wife Mary of Dixon; sisters, Brenda O’Neal of Florida and Jeanie Chavez of California; and 11 grandchildren.
Memorial services were held Saturday, April 24, at First Assembly of God Church in Dixon.
Arrangements entrusted to Long-Kloeppel Funeral Home in Dixon.
