VIENNA — New apartment units are coming to Vienna this summer at the location of the former Vienna Pointe residential facility, which was destroyed in an August 2025 fire.
Paul Logan, owner of 6L Properties, expects to complete the first of four fourplexes by the end of August. After the first building is completed, construction of the second will begin. While Logan will own the property, Investment Realty will manage it.
Logan started the project because he saw the need.
“Vienna needs to grow,” he said.
County officials continue to discuss who is at fault for the Vienna Pointe fire, which burned down after a cigarette was left unattended in a planter outside the building by Vienna Police Chief Shannon Thompson.
