He was born Dec. 12, 1941, to Henry and Mary (Fennewald) Otto, in St. Elizabeth.
Thomas was preceded in death by parents, Henry and Mary; his loving wife of 45 years, Mary C. Otto; his son, Norbert Otto; and two brothers-in-law, Thurman Kempker, and Leo Crider.
Loving father of Thomas (Debbie) Otto Jr.; cherished brother of Esther Kempker of Jefferson City, Mary Jo Crider and Jacqueline Heinze, both of Brinktown, June (Ray) Schwartze or Argyle, Stella (Jim) Hensley of Cottleville, Leo (Sharon) Otto of Jefferson City and Ernest (Beverly) Otto of Brinktown. Dear Uncle, cousin and friend of many.
Visitation will be held Friday, Jan. 8, from 9-10 a.m. at Holy Name of Jesus, 10235 Ashbrook Drive, St. Louis MO, 63137. Funeral Mass will follow at 10 a.m. Burial will immediately follow at Calvary Cemetery in St. Louis.
