Maries County was experiencing a D3 Extreme Drought when storms rolled through last week. Thursday morning hit Vienna especially hard with limbs down throughout town. On Ballpark Road, a tree fell and struck the rear of Maries-Osage Ambulance District EMT Miguel Barros’ vehicle as he was leaving a shift. No injuries were reported.
