Rebecca Jean “Becky” John, 63, Jefferson City, passed from this life Tuesday, Oct. 21, 2025, at Capital Region Medical Center in Jefferson City.
She was born Dec. 7, 1961, to Vincent and Billie Sue (Light) Steuber.
She was united in marriage to Bhaskaran John in January of 1986 in Jefferson City.
Becky was a member of the Rader United Methodist Church in Vienna.
She had been employed by the Missouri National Guard at the Armory in the purchasing department retiring in 2023.
In addition to being a homemaker, she loved being with her dogs.
Becky was preceded in death by her father, Vincent; and sister, Brenda Kay Steuber.
She is survived by husband, Bhaskaran of Jefferson City; mother, Billie Sue Steuber of Freeburg; sisters, Sue Gillispie and husband Gene of Vienna and Debbie Gleason and husband Bradley of Freeburg; nephews, Bryan Gillispie and wife Alicia of Vienna and James Gleason of Freeburg; niece, Brenda Johnson of Vienna; and other relatives and friends.
A private funeral service will be held in the Birmingham-Martin Funeral Home in Vienna, with Rev. Lynn Facemyer officiating.
Interment will be in the Rader Cemetery in Vienna.
