LINN — Osage County deputies arrested Travis K. Ledford, 25, of Owensville, just before noon on Feb. 2 on three warrants.
Cpt. Travis Shaffer said deputies saw Ledford at Break Time in Linn and took him into custody without incident.
Ledford was wanted on a Gasconade County warrant ($7,500 bond) for possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, along with two no-bond warrants in Osage County for possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana and domestic assault.
Linn police arrived shortly thereafter, and Ledford was transferred into the custody of Acting Chief Jacob Cottingham, who transported Ledford to the Osage County Detention Center.
On Feb. 6, Ledford was arraigned via telephone before Gasconade County Associate Circuit Judge Ada Brehe-Krueger and is scheduled to appear at 9 a.m. on Feb. 8.
