Long-term goals that were set included property goals (for buildings and homes); facilities, repairs; new campuses on one property; technology connectivity improvements; whole child/ whole family goals; increased student achievement; growing in-house staff; and safety.
Short-term goals included gym wall repairs; continue to bridge the gap between home, school and community; expand career skill opportunities in business and technology; staff retention and correct salary steps and base pay; increase equity among the staff and students’ continue to expand “whole” child approach; increase student achievement; and enhance safety procedures.
The board plans to continue to meet, set and work towards their goals.
