Doris L. Terrill, age 83, of Bartlesville, Okla., went home to be with the Lord, Saturday, July 15, 2023, at her home surrounded by her family.

She was born May 21, 1940, to her parents, the late Golden and Irene (Jett) Pendleton in Owensville.

Doris was a 1959 graduate of Belle High School in Belle. In 1960, she was united in marriage to her high school sweetheart, Randall A. Terrill in her childhood home in Belle. Randall survives her at their home in Bartlesville, Okla. Randall and Doris have four children, the twins, Debbie and Betty, Linda and Randy Jr. whom they toted around with them as they began their journey through life. In 1971, they lived in Hampton, Va., where Randall was serving in the U.S. Air Force (11 years). After 11 years of military service, God called Randall into full-time ministry and Doris became a proud Pastor’s wife. She took on multiple employment positions to help support their family and put her husband through undergraduate, graduate and doctorate schooling, and received a most prestigious “PHT” (Put Hubby Through) award. While the couple was serving First Baptist in Leavenworth, Doris served on the ABW (American Baptist Women) board for a few years. In 2009, they retired and moved to Bartlesville, Okla., where Doris began her new hobby of collecting over 50 cookie jars. Doris was an avid reader, loved sewing and quilting, growing house plants and traveling. You say Branson and she says when?

She is preceded in death by sister, Elaine Pendleton of Belle; and parents, Golden and Irene Pendleton of Belle.

Dories is survived by husband Randall; children, Debbie Alford and husband Mike of Independence, Kan., Betty Pitchford and husband Chuck of Bartlesville, Okla., Linda Beeman of Bartlesville, Okla., and Randall Terrill Jr. and wife Lisa of Lansing, Kan.; grandchildren and step-grandchild, Brandon and Jeremy Alford, step-grandson, Andrew Pitchford, Lori Eisenhour, Leslie, Lindsey and Lance Beeman, Robin Klein, Jonathan, Jeffrey and Brooklynn Terrill; great-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren, Allie, Ethan, Leah, Maggie, Noah, Allyn, Noelle, Clayton, Luke, Logan, Chace, Reagan, Alva John, Elijah, Jeremiah, Evan, Mia, Harper, and Easton; sisters, JoAnne Barbarick, and late husband Gary Barbarick of Belle, and Joyce Feeler and husband Ladair of Belle.
