A maker’s space for kids to create crafts and ornaments was set up at the intersection of Alvarado Avenue and Third Street on Saturday. Children filled the seats as they used puff balls, string and candy canes to make ornaments. Wind and rain in the afternoon on Dec. 16 forced many outdoor vendors and ornament tables to close earlier than expected.
