Barbara Sue Honse, 76, Vienna, passed away Friday, Sept. 10, 2021, in StoneBridge Villa Marie, in Jefferson City.
She was born Jan. 30, 1945, to Harrison Cleveland and Mildred Gertrude (Armer) Breeding, in Maries County.
She was united in marriage to Allen Lloyd Honse, June 11, 1966, at First Baptist Church in Vienna.
Barbara was a member of First Baptist Church, Vienna, and had attended Little Flock Baptist Church, near Vienna, as well. During her working life, she was employed at Quaker Window Products Company, Freeburg, for many years and worked in childcare and home health care positions until her full retirement.
She was preceded in death by parents Harrison and Mildred; brother-in-law Leroy Hertzing; half-brother Bobbie Gene Breeding; and half-sister and brother-in-law Louise (Romie) Butler.
She is survived by husband Allen of the home; children Mark (Kelly) Honse, Scott (Dawn) Breeding, and Tina (Scott) Dake, all of Vienna; siblings Ronnie Breeding, Donald “Doc” (Wanda) Breeding, Sharon Hertzing, and Donna Jones, all of Vienna; and five grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, Sept. 14, at 11 a.m., in First Baptist Church, Vienna, with Rev. Chuck Davis, pastor of Little Flock Baptist Church, officiating.
Interment was in the Vienna Public Cemetery, Vienna.
