Vivian Grace Weidinger, three-and-a-half-month-old baby girl, passed away Tuesday, March 17, 2026, at St. Louis Children’s Hospital.
She was born Nov. 25, 2025, the daughter of Phillip Andrew and Valerie Ann (Hentges) Weidinger in Columbia.
She was our sweet baby girl, whose strength was evident despite her short, but immensely loved life.
Vivian quickly became loved by her NICU nurses and we are forever grateful for their love and care of her and our family. She will be forever cherished and remembered by her presence in our lives.
Vivian is survived by parents, Phillip and Valerie of Columbia; older loving sister, Isabel; maternal grandparents, Rita and Henry Hentges of Westphalia; paternal grandparents, Brenda and Joe Weidinger of Vienna; aunts and uncles, Stacia and Andy Bax, Karrisa and Michael Grellner and Francie and Clayton Weidinger; and cousins, Samantha and Jace Bax, Frances, Augustus, Greta and Mathias Grellner, and Katarina, Leo, Felix and Joseph Weidinger.
Mass of Christian Burial was held Monday, March 23, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Westphalia with the Rev. Dylan Schrader and the Rev. Gregory Clever officiating.
Interment was in the St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.
