The Vienna Chamber of Commerce (VCOC) hosted the Vienna Sausage and Crawfish Festival on May 6 at the Maries County Fairgrounds. The festival was a rebranding of last year’s Vienna Sausage and Wine Festival and the second annual spring festival from the chamber. VCOC President Lisa Garro said the addition of crawfish was a “reinvention of the crawfish tradition” that the Vienna-Bassett Eagles used to have with its crawfish boils. People from around the community enjoyed the sunny and breezy day with the food and live music by country artist George Arbuckle and the classic rock and folk group Trilogy.
