Gloria Elizabeth Schinn (née Turner), 90, Lutsen, Minn., passed away on July 5, 2026, in Dixon.
She was born on April 18, 1936, to Eldon Turner and Geneva (Peart) Turner in Lynn, Mass.
She was united in marriage to Duane Schinn on Dec. 2, 1954.
Gloria was preceded in death by husband, Duane; parents, Eldon and Geneva; daughter, Karen (Schinn) Kadoun; son, Joseph Schinn; twin sister, Nan Turner; and brother, Eldon “Sonny” Turner.
She is survived by children, Douglas Schinn and wife Lynn, Robin Knight and husband Keith and Dr. Sandra Schinn-Payment and husband Joel; eight grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
A private graveside service and interment will be held at 12 p.m. on Friday, July 17, at Lutsen Cemetery in Lutsen, Minn.
Arrangements entrusted to Martin-Kloeppel Funeral Home and Cremation Services in Dixon and Dougherty Funeral Home in Duluth, Minn.
