BELLE — A 55-year-old Belle man was arrested June 27 on a misdemeanor traffic warrant issued by the Belle Police Department, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
The patrol reported that Scott Mullersman was arrested at 9:25 p.m. in Osage County on the misdemeanor traffic warrant.
According to the arrest report, Mullersman was taken to the Osage County Jail. The report lists the warrant as bondable.
The charge is an accusation, and Mullersman is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
