The report, prepared by Court Clerk Lydia Devine and dated April 10, covers activity from March 1 through April 10 of this year.

At the start of the period, the court had 104 other traffic cases and 50 non-traffic ordinance cases pending. During the reporting window, 13 additional other traffic cases were filed. By the end of the period, the court reported 108 other traffic cases and 49 non-traffic ordinance cases still pending.

A total of 10 cases were disposed of during the reporting period, including one plea of guilty in court, eight violations bureau citations resolved through fines or bond forfeiture and one non-traffic ordinance case handled through similar means.

Warrant activity showed four warrants issued and eight served or withdrawn, with 51 remaining outstanding at the end of the reporting period.

Financially, the court reported $3,351.37 in excess revenue from minor traffic and ordinance violations subject to state limitations. That total included $3,001.50 in fines, $242.40 in clerk fees, $7.47 for the Crime Victims Compensation Fund and $100 in bond forfeitures.

Additional revenue not subject to those limits totaled $958.41, including $671.50 in fines and $42.54 in clerk fees, along with smaller amounts directed to state funds such as the Peace Officer Standards and Training surcharge and Crime Victims Compensation.

Total disbursements for costs, fees, surcharges and bond forfeitures amounted to $4,476, with an additional $300 in bond refunds bringing total disbursements to $4,776. Court automation fees accounted for $166.22 of the total.

No parking tickets were issued during the reporting period, according to the report.

The report is required to be filed monthly with the mayor and council within 10 days of the end of the reporting period under Missouri Supreme Court rules.
