Mid-State Pipeline owner, Jimmy Zumwalt (center) and State Representative Bruce Sassman discuss the progress the former MFA building on Wednesday. Zumwalt said they had to wait 12 months for the building to settle on its new foundation before remodeling. The timeline to complete the project, which will house Mid-State Pipeline’s headquarters, a community meeting room, and a look-out, is six months.
