Rowdy Lynn Snodgrass, 62, of Meta, passed away Wednesday, Jan. 24, 2024, in his home near Meta, surrounded by his loving family.
He was born June 1, 1961, to Melvena (Adkins) and Billy Snodgrass Sr., in Jefferson City.
He was united in marriage to Dawn Renèe McKinney, Oct. 13, 1979, in Vienna.
Rowdy was employed as a core assembler with Modine Manufacturing, Jefferson City, for 35 years until his health prevented him from working.
He was preceded in death by maternal grandparents, Melvin and Mildred Adkins; and paternal grandparents, Ted and Ruby Snodgrass.
He is survived by wife of 44 years, Dawn, of the home near Meta; parents, Billy and Melvena of Meta; children, Dana Rehagen and husband Kevin of Loose Creek, Laurie Reeves and husband Jason, Jamey Snodgrass and wife Melanie, and Amber Miller and husband Kenneth, all of Vienna; nine grandchildren; and siblings, Russell Snodgrass and wife Phyllis of Vienna, Rhonda Schwartz and husband Roy of Argyle, and Billy Snodgrass Jr. and wife LeeAnn of Vienna.
Funeral services were held Monday, Jan. 29, at First Baptist Church, Vienna, with Rev. Chris Slocum officiating.
