Robert (Bob) George Nothum Sr., 95, passed away on Aug. 27, 2026.
He was born on Aug. 12, 1931, to the late to Mathias and Barbara Ludwig Nothum in St. Louis.
He attended Normandy High School.
Bob was united in marriage to Audrey Tibbs on May 12, 1951, in the Salt Lake City Temple of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
He founded Nothum Food Processing Systems in Springfield.
Bob was preceded in death by wife, Audrey; parents, Mathias and Barbara; and son, Bob, Jr.
He is survived by five daughters; six brothers and one sister.
A private family Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held at Seaton Cemetery in Dixon.
