OWENSVILLE —Eric Eckert, a 26-year-old male from Owensville, was arrested at 4:15 p.m. Oct. 4 in Gasconade County by a Troop F officer from the Missouri State Highway Patrol (MSHP). He was charged with driving while intoxicated, failure to drive on the proper half of the roadway, operation of a vehicle while using an electronic communication device and driving with a revoked or suspended license (first offense), according to the arrest report.
