Marion Gilbert Rollins, 85, Dixon, passed away Tuesday, Jan. 6, 2026, in the Eldon Nursing and Rehab.
He was born March 29, 1940, a son of Marion Oland and Doris Norene (Wiles) Rollins in rural Maries County.
He was first united in marriage to the former Charleen Jackson July 1, 1961, in Dixon, she preceded him in death Jan. 29, 1991. Gilbert was later united in marriage to Jessie (Kuhns) Deckard Nov. 6, 1994.
Gilbert was employed with Brown Shoe Company and later worked for the Missouri Department of Corrections.
He was preceded in death by first wife, Charleen Jackson; parents, Oland and Norene; and brother, Randy Rollins.
Gilbert is survived by wife, Jessie Rollins of Dixon; sons, Bryan Rollins and wife Cindy of Liberty and Troy Rollins and wife Kimberly of Dixon; daughter, Tracy Robertson and husband Bruce of Independence; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; sister, Doris Cohlmia and husband A. Lee of Dixon; and sister-in-law, Betty Rollins of Dixon.
Funeral services were held Friday, Jan. 9, in the Wheeler Church of Christ in Dixon, with Bro. Kevin Rowden officiating.
Interment was in the Wheeler Cemetery near Dixon.
