Kenneth Louis Veasman, 84, Dixon, passed away on Friday, July 31, 2026, in the Life Care Center in Waynesville.
He was born on May 31, 1932, to the late Hugh and Gertrude (Bremer) Veasman in Brinktown.
He was united in marriage to Linda Gayle Edwards on May 19, 2021, in Waynesville.
Kenny worked for Howard Ready Mix which was later Lafarge and then Ozark Ready Mix.
He was preceded in death by parents, Hugh and Gertrude; grandsons, Kaleb Veasman and Lane Wilson; brothers, Hugh Veasman (infant) and Gerald Veasman; and sister, Marcella Bure.
Kenny is survived by wife, Linda; children, Greg and Jason Veasman, Hilary Ackley and husband Allen, Andy Veasman and wife Misty, Richard Carson and Michael Carson and wife Lynn; brother, Omar Lee Veasman; sister, Donna Knapp and husband Don; grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and mother of his children, Joanne Veasman.
Visitation will be held from 4 until 7 p.m., (today) Wednesday, Aug. 5, and from 10 a.m. until the time of his service at 11 a.m., on Thursday, Aug. 6, all in the Martin-Kloeppel Funeral Chapel in Dixon, with Pastor Danny Bassett, Burnett Church, officiating.
Interment will be in the Guardian Angels Cemetery in Brinktown.
