Glenda Jill Henson, 76, Rolla, passed away Wednesday, Sept. 16, 2026.
She was born on March 19, 1950, to the late Wayne Theodore Cox and Mary Ella (Price) Cox in Paydown.
She was united in marriage toTommie Henson in September of 1973.
Glenda was a member of the Moose Lodge in Rolla and the Liberty Church of Christ.
She lived life to the fullest and enjoyed singing, testing her computer game skills, tending to her beautiful flower gardens, and spending time outdoors while camping. Her greatest joy came from family get togethers - especially on birthdays.
Glenda was preceded in death by husband, Tommie; parents,Wayne and Mary; granddaughter, Alyssa Henson; and sister, Cynthia Brumback.
She will be greatly missed by her surviving family which includes children, John Henson and wife Melissa of Rolla and Melissa Bossaller of Belle; grandchildren, Travis Duke and wife Sara, Brandon White, Dylan Henson and wife Amber, Bradley White, and Tiffany Spuhler and husband Nick; 16 great-grandchildren; brothers, Avery Cox and wife Melissa of Leslie and Perry Cox and wife Sandy of Belle; sisters, Joyce Ghelert and husband Gary of Belle and Audrey Bruemmer of Linn; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other family and friends.
Funeral service was held on Tuesday, Sept. 22, at the Null and Son Funeral Home in Rolla. Interment was in the Pea Ridge Cemetery in Doolittle.
Memorial contributions suggested to the family to assist with final expenses.
