Frances Terrill Hamner, 73, passed away on Jan. 13, 2026, in Searcy, Ark.
She was born on Jan. 17, 1952, to Richard and Shirley Terrill of Bland.
A Celebration of Life service will be held from 10 until 11 a.m., Saturday Feb. 21, followed by the Funeral Service at the First Baptist Church in Bland.
Family and friends are invited to remain following the service for a meal and time of fellowship. This gathering is an opportunity for loved ones to come together to honor, remember and celebrate.
