School began for Visitation Inter-Parish School in Vienna on Monday morning. The students and their parents seemed happy to be back and beginning the 2022-23 school year. The students looked nice in their uniforms. This year VIPS has 36 elementary students attending. It was the first day of school at Visitation Inter-Parish School on Monday, a week before Maries R-1 has school so parents needed to bring the students to Vienna for the first week. VIPS is pleaded to announce two new teachers at the school this year. Mr. Caid Stockstill, Vienna, will be the computer and PE/health teacher for grades K-8. Mrs. Micheline Edwards, Rolla, is the new art teacher for grades K-8. School at Maries R-1, Vienna begins Aug. 22, and at Maries R-2, Belle, on Aug. 23.
