Evelyn Lorraine Moser, 87, Ellisville, formerly of Vienna, passed away Wednesday, May 21, 2025, in the Ellisville Rehabilitation and Nursing Center.
She was born May 16, 1938, to the late Willian Timothy and Viola Eliza (Honse) Tackett in Vienna.
She was united in marriage to Robert Walter Moser May 12, 1962, in Vienna.
Evelyn was a 1956 graduate of the Vienna High School.
She worked as a hairdresser in Vienna for five years and as a visiting nurse in the St. Louis area for 10 years.
Evelyn was preceded in death by husband, Robert; parents, William and Viola; brothers, Gayle Tackett, Leslie Tackett, and Wayne Hopkins; and sisters, Darlene French, Mae Rudroff, Fern Clark, and Alma James.
She is survived by son, Scott Moser and wife Debbie of Cedar Hill; daughter, Lora Lea Moser of Fulton; one granddaughter; and sister, Donna Backues of Vienna.
Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until 12 noon, Thursday, May 29, with funeral service following, all in the First Baptist Church in Vienna, with Pastor Chris Slocum officiating. Private internment will be held in the Vienna Public Cemetery at a later date
