2023 Missouri State High School Activities Association (MSHSAA) Class 1 Girls Golf Championships at Sedalia Country Club firing an 18-hole round of 93 during the first day of the tournament Monday. Shooting a 48 during her first nine holes, Lansford bounced back on her final nine holes with a 45 putting her in sole possession of seventh place.
