Vienna United Methodist Church hosted volunteers on Nov. 10 to assemble hurricane relief supply kits to help victims of Hurricane Helene and Hurricane Milton earlier this fall. Pastor Lynn Facemeyer said the kit assembly was “a great event” and estimated volunteers ranged in age from 6 to 90. Through donations in the congregation and wider community, the church submitted 200 relief supply kits to the United Methodist Committee on Relief for distribution to affected areas.
