Virginia "tootsie" Schneider, 94, Manchester passed away Friday, Aug. 15, 2021, at a nursing home in Chesterfield.
She was born March 20, 1927, Jake and Katherine Weidinger of Fly Creek Farm near Vienna. She was a graduate of Vienna High School. She went to work in St. Louis soon after and raised her family. She is preceded in death by parents Jake and Katherine: and husband Orville Schneider. She is survived by children, Katheryn and husband Raymond Plodsein, Barbra and husband Daniel Adams, Michael and wife Angie Schneider and Paul and wife Katherine Schneider, nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
A funeral mass was held at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Manchester, Interment was in Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.
