Late last week the Vienna City Council approved closing the lobby of city hall in an effort to keep people safe from the Covid-19 coronavirus.
Mayor Tyler “TC” James said with the virus numbers spiking in Vienna, they decided it was best to close the lobby to the public, for now. City Clerk Carrie Roberds will be working at city hall, but the door is locked, She can answer phone calls and help residents in that way. Water payments can be made by using the outdoor dropbox.
