Twyla Janean Stump Holt, 55, Meta, passed away Monday, April 28, 2025, at her residence.
She was born Dec. 24, 1969, the daughter of Richard Dean and Linda Joyce (McKenzie) Stump in Altus, Okla.
A 1988 graduate of Iberia High School, Twyla received her LPN Degree from South Plains College in Lubbock, Texas.
She worked for Jefferson City Manor and previously at St. Mary’s Hospital and in Linn.
Twyla was preceded in death by infant daughter, Lindsey Holt.
She is survived by children, Hannah Long and husband Darren of Columbia, Jacquelyn Akremi of Kansas City and Richard “Ricky” Holt of Jefferson City; parents, Richard and Linda of Meta; and siblings, Tonya Party and husband Dale of Dixon, Tyler Stump of Iberia and Tommie Mengwasser and husband Kevin of Jefferson City.
A memorial service was held May 2, 2025, at Trimble Funeral Home in Jefferson City with Pastor Larry Neal officiating. The Nurses Honor Guard of Mid-Missouri conducted the honors following the memorial service.
