Rev. James Bailey, 87, Dixon, passed away April 17, 2022, at the Dixon Nursing and Rehab.
He was born Aug. 24, 1934, to James and Mabel (Stoner) Bailey at Phelps City.
James was united in marriage to Alice Rutherford, Sept, 9, 1956, at Fillmore.
Visitation will be Wednesday (today), April 20, from 5–7 p.m., and Thursday, April 21, from 10–11 a.m., with funeral services following all at Birmingham-Martin Funeral Chapel, Dixon.
