CHAMOIS  — Osage County Deputy Angie Pinnell arrested Taylor W. Martinez, 30, of Chamois, on Jan. 31, after being notified by the Osage County Emergency Operations Center that Martinez had four active warrants from multiple agencies.

According to Cpt.
