The Maries R-2 School District will host its last day of school on May 25 and begin summer classes on May 27 according to the district calendar.
As the 2020-21 school district wraps up with end-of-the-year events, many students are looking forward to summer school activities that will begin on May 27 and go through June 16.
“Summer school will begin at 8 a.m. - 1 p.m. on May 27,” said Belle Elementary School Secretary Summer Buechter on Tuesday afternoon. “No Mondays.”
Students attending Kindergarten Camp will be able to participate in free breakfast at 8:30 a.m., and everyone else may eat at 7:40 a.m., according to the schedule.
