Linda Mae Roberson, 79, Dixon, passed away Friday, Feb. 12, 2021, at her residence.
She was born Feb. 28, 1941, to Michael Robert and Anna Irene (Wilson) Malone, at Hancock.
She was united in marriage to Walter Ben Roberson, May 19, 1962, at Waynesville.
Linda attended First Baptist Church in Dixon and worked for Brown Shoe Company in Dixon and as a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by parents, Michael and Anna; husband, Walter; daughters, Lyla Claiborn and Lisa Roberson; son, Kether Roberson; brothers, Lloyd, Bob and Pat Malone; and sisters, Minnie Davis, Alta Parker and Reba Wells.
She is survived by son, Benny Roberson of Dixon; brother, Jim Malone and wife Ruth Ann of Dixon; sisters, Molly Smith of Iberia and Charlotte “Cooky” Morgan of St. Robert; son-in-law, Jeff Claiborn of Crocker; sisters-in-law, Tina Malone and Jenny Malone Dake, both of Jefferson City; and five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
The family elected cremation with a memorial service to be held at a later date.
