James “Jim” Donald Zumwalt, 86, Belle passed away Wednesday, June 2, 2021, at his residence.
He was born August 8, 1934, to the late James Samuel and Zelma Berniece (Wells) Zumwalt, in Moscow Mills.
Jim was a graduate of Buchanan High School in Troy.
Jim was united in marriage to Billie Lee Wolfe November 8, 1968.
He was preceded by parents, James and Zelma; wife, Billie Lee; son, Don Zumwalt; step-son, Keith Webster; brother, Wayne Zumwalt; sister, Jeanie Lavy; granddaughter, Amanda Thompson; and grandson, Travis Webster.
He was a member of Crossroads Baptist Church and a 50 year member of the Belle Masonic Lodge #373.
Jim is survived by son, Jimmy Zumwalt and wife, Wendy of Belle; daughters, Janna Schulte of Hermann and Debbie Todd and husband, Doug of Elsberry; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; step-children, Dennis, Mike, Peggy, Dianna, Beverly, and Sherry; sister, Wanda McCardie andhusband Jim of Troy; and brother-in-law, Sonny Lavy as well as many extended family members and friends.
Funeral Services were held Monday, June 7, at Crossroads Baptist Church near Bland. Interment followed in the Sulfur Lick Cemetery in Troy.
