Holiday spirit

The Belle High School and Bland Middle School held their Winter Concert Dec. 12 at the high school. The middle school choir students sang “Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer,” “Frosty the Snowman” and “Jingle Belle Rock.”

Vienna Elementary School preschool through second grade classes also held a concert on Dec. 16 with Christmas classics such as “My Two Front Teeth” and “Santa Claus is Coming to Town” with jingle bell props. As the holiday break draws nearer, local schools are conducting Christmas concerts culminating students’ second semester progress. Visitation Inter-Parish School students gave two performances of their Dec. 13 concert which included carols such as “Silent Night” and “The First Noel.” Students sang as they recreated the Nativity scene.
