Florence Ellen Kuelker-Fonville, 80, Vienna, passed away Saturday, April 30, 2022, in St. James Living Center, St. James.

She was born June 10, 1941, to Ernest Paul and Mattie France (Shockley) Hendrix in Marshfield.

She was first united in marriage to Delmar “Lee” Lortz, who preceded her in death. Florence was later married to the father of her children, Clarence Otto Fonville, who preceded his wife in death. She again was united in marriage to Edward Kuelker, who also preceded her in death.

Florence was employed in restaurant work at the Drive-In, Rolla; an Avon representative, Rolla; a telephone operator at Southwestern Bell Telephone Company, Rolla; and again in restaurant work at Denny’s, Rolla.

She is preceded in death by parents Ernest and Mattie; spouses Lee, Clarence and Edward; grandson Brian; brothers and sisters Paul Eugene Hendrix, Joe Bill Hendrix, Ida France Hendrix, Bob Hendrix, Barbara Ann Elias, Charles Edward Hendrix and George Hendrix.

She is survived by children Jim Andrew Fonville and wife Michelle of Bridgeton, John Fredrick Fonville and wife Kelly of Phoeniz, Ariz. and Deborah Ellen Woll and husband Robert of Vienna; sisters Mary Catherine Wise, of Rolla, and Dorothy Louise Hendrix of Vienna; 15 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Monday, May 9, in the chapel at Birmingham-Martin Funeral Home, Vienna, with Deacon Michael Brooks, Visitation Catholic Church, Vienna, officiating. Private interment was in the Lower Davis Cemetery.
