Cynthia “Cindy” Christine Sears, 62, Dixon, passed away Wednesday, March 24, 2021, in the Dixon Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Dixon.
She was born Dec.1, 1958, to Charles A. and Maletta Georgette (Sommer) Sears, at Thornton, Ill.
Cindy was a member of Lighthouse Worship Center, Dixon. She was a graduate of Dixon High School.
She was preceded in death by father, Art; grandfather, Henry Sommer; and grandmother, Frances Sommer.
She is survived by mother, Maletta, of Dixon; and siblings, Charles “Chuck” Sears and wife Sherry, Mexico; Karl Sears and wife Linda; Andy Sears, Dale Sears, Shelley Moore and Gail Sears all of Dixon.
Funeral services were held Saturday, March 27, in the Long-Kloeppel Funeral Chapel, Dixon ,with Pastor Lloyd Mattocks of Lighthouse Worship Center, Dixon, and Marianne Strong officiating. Interment in Pisgah Cemetery, Dixon.
