Collin Michael Marinaccio, 15, Hermann, passed away Sunday, May 1, 2022, at Mercy Hospital, Creve Coeur.

He was born July 2, 2006, to Renee Berkemeyer and Joseph Marinaccio in Washington.

Collin was a sophomore at Hermann High School. He was a member of St. Paul United Church of Christ, Hermann, where he was also baptized and confirmed.

He was active in sports, having played baseball, basketball and football from a young age. His current interest was in developing and recording music — this was in his future planning.

Collin is preceded in death by brother Dillon Stiers and grandfather Melvin Berkemeyer

He is survived by mother Renee Marinaccio and husband Dustin Barton, brother Evan Marinaccio, and grandmother Shirley Berkemeyer all of Hermann.

Funeral services were held Friday, May 6, at Toedtmann & Grosse Funeral Home, Hermann, with Pastor Darrel Deeker officiating. Burial was at Zion Cemetery, Bay.

Memorials may be given to Collin Marinaccio Memorial Fund at Peoples Savings Bank.
