Charles “Toot” Buddemeyer, Jr, 40, Belle passed away Thursday, Nov. 17, 2022, at his residence.
He was born July 4, 1982, a son to Charles D. Buddemeyer, Sr. and April Barrow in Rolla.
He was a lifelong area resident and a 2001 graduate of Belle High School.
Toot loved playing pool at his home and playing leagues at Padgett’s Place. He played multiple sports in high school and liked playing golf as an adult. Toot enjoyed working in his yard and was very proud of his rose bushes and his yard. He liked to listen to music, BBQing, and just enjoying life. Toot was a great father and a friend. He had a kind heart and was always there for others in need. Above all, Toot loved being around friends and family.
He was preceded in death by grandparents Charlie Buddemeyer, Charles and Dee Barrow, and Jim and Shirley Eads.
Toot is survived by parents Charles and April; sons Leighton Buddemeyer and Levi Van Ostran; siblings Brock Buddemeyer and wife Melody, Garit Kinsey and wife Madeline, and Jada Slayton and husband Billy; grandparents Donna Buddemeyer and Linda Buddemeyer; uncles Carl Buddemeyer, Charles Barrow and wife Lupe, and Matt Rodgers; aunts Lindsey Buddemeyer-Creekmore and husband Michael and Brandi Jones and husband Greg; and significant other Jennifer Hickman; as well as many extended family members and friends.
Visitation for Toot will be Friday, Nov. 25, from 10 a.m.–12 p.m. at the Church of Jesus Christ Belle Restoration Branch with funeral services following.
Expressions of sympathy may be made to the family to go towards Leightons education.
