“B” Bonnie Barbour, 68, Linn, passed away peacefully Friday, May 13, 2022, at her residence surrounded by her loving family.

She was born Feb. 17, 1954, to the late Herschel and Letha (Bayne) Barbour in California.

She attended Tipton High School and also earned her B.S. degree in business.

“B” could walk into a room and make people laugh with her corky sense of humor and one-liner jokes. She was a very caring person who never forgot a face or a name. “B” helped care for many including her family, and enjoyed being around children, especially her own. Her grandchildren meant everything to her.

“B” loved her horses and dogs. She enjoyed listening to music and singing and sharing and remembering the “Good ol Days”, but her greatest enjoyment was spending time with her family.

“B” was preceded in death by parents, Herschel and Letha; grandchild, baby Hope; brothers, Bill and David Barbour; and sister, Peggy Embry.

She is survived by daughters, Amy Houston and husband Tony of Linn, Erin Buskirk and husband Michael of Bonita Springs, Fla., Diedre Scheulen and husband Tim of Linn and Danielle Kilgore of Linn; grandchildren, Taylor, Brook, Zoey, Marly, Cole, Lilly, Luke and Kopper; brothers, Jim Barbour of Tipton and John Barbour and wife Sandy of Jefferson City; sisters, Nancy Bolinger and Cheryl Duvall and husband Jim, all of California, Carol Morrison of Lake Ozark and Kathy Garber of Kansas City; and nieces, nephews and friends.

Graveside and Celebration of Life service will be held in August at the Linn Public Cemetery in Linn.

Arrangements entrusted to Morton Chapel in Linn.
