We would like to express our thanks to the community of Belle for welcoming Barbara and I into your town for the past 16 years. I would especially like to thank the city voters for your trust in allowing me to be your city administrator, alderman (both wards) and mayor of the city of Belle. These were experiences I will never forget.
I would ask one favor. I ask that you support your Board of Aldermen. I know them as very trustworthy and they are servicing in the best interest of your town.
