Terry Dean Brooks, 56, Dixon, died Tuesday, Nov. 20, 2018, at his residence.
He was born Aug. 5, 1962, to Francis Goodwin and Jeanette Lucille (Berg) Brooks, at Lacrosse, Wis.
He was united in marriage to Sheryl K. Walters, Nov. 12, 2011, at Rockland, Wis.
Terry worked for the city of Dixon in the maintenance department.
He was preceded in death by parents, Francis and Jeanette; and his parents-in-law.
He is survived by wife, Sheryl; son, Aaron Tracy; step-sons, James Reed and wife Heather and Jeremy Reed and wife Lisa; step-daughters, Melissa Lane and husband Troy, Marsha Bertram and husband Brad and Michelle Reed; brother Denny Brooks and wife Paula; sisters, Sheila Jensen and husband Robert and Viola Flikkeshaug and husband Antone; and eight step-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held Friday, Nov. 30, from 10-11 a.m. in the Long-Kloeppel Funeral Chapel, Dixon. Memorial service will follow with Pastor Jerry Dooley, Word of Life Fellowship Church, Dixon, officiating.
