A warrant was issued in Maries County and charges have been filed for a woman law enforcement believes to have participated with Ryan Hutchison in the break-in and theft recently from a car dealership and other thefts.
The warrant was issued July 24, 2019 for Danna Peters, age 35, who may be homeless as no address was noted in court records. She has been charged with the class D felony of second degree burglary, the class B felony of stealing motor vehicle/watercraft/aircraft and prior stealing offender, and the class E felony of stealing, fourth or subsequent stealing offense within 10 years.
As of Tuesday morning, Peters remained at large.
Ryan C. Hutchison, 29, remains in the Maries County Jail with five felony charges of burglary, stealing and property damage as two trucks and other parts, equipment and tools were stolen from Weidinger Chevrolet the weekend of July 20 and 21.
